Yes! If you have SOFA status, we accept VAT forms so you don't have to pay the 19% German value-added tax. Just provide your valid VAT form when requesting a quote, and we'll take care of the rest.
For recurring cleaning services, you'll receive a summary invoice at the end of each month and pay via bank transfer — simple and hassle-free. For one-time services like PCS cleaning or deep cleaning, you pay after the job is completed. No upfront payments required.
